Ondrej Nepela Memorial

About:

The Ondrej Nepela Memorial (Slovak: Memoriál Ondreja Nepelu), titled Ondrej Nepela Trophy from 2013 through 2015, is an annual senior-level international figure skating competition held in Slovakia. Skaters compete in four disciplines: men's singles, ladies singles, pairs, and ice dancing. In some years, some disciplines have not been held. The competition has been held annually since 1993. It is named for 1972 Olympic gold medalist Ondrej Nepela. It became part of the ISU Challenger Series in the 2014–15 season.

The competition is generally held in Slovakia’s capital, Bratislava, except 2009 when it was held in Piešťany.
